» Communications has long been one of my professional passions. I enjoy the challenge of continually immersing myself in new topics and industries. Since 1989, I have gained hands-on experience across both traditional and digital media – as a PR and communications consultant, change communications specialist, journalist, interim manager, freelancer, retained freelance contributor, managing director, and permanent employee in both mid-sized companies and large corporations.

I understand the specific demands of Corporate Communications from almost every perspective: from inside companies, from the agency side, and as an independent consultant.

Since 2024, I have also been working intensively with artificial intelligence. I initially completed several training and professional development programs at Vanderbilt University. In April 2026, I successfully completed the university certificate program “Master Business with AI” (MBAI) at Hochschule Fresenius.

In addition, I have held multiple certifications as a systemic coach and trainer since 2006. My training covers a wide range of methods and techniques, including hypnosystemic approaches, classical NLP, communication and conversation techniques, and systemic coaching. Since 2017, I have also been a certified SCRUM Master (ITEMO).

The 90-hour MBAI program is a practice-oriented executive education program designed to help leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals use artificial intelligence strategically in organizations, automate workflows, and build AI assistants.
