» When a position was unexpectedly eliminated, the European Patent Office needed immediate communications support, both for its regular communications activities and for crisis communications. This marked the beginning of my work with the organization. Based on the strong results, I was subsequently asked to manage media relations for the European Inventor Award. I later advised and supported the European Patent Academy in improving its customer communications.
